Pros and cons of using computer networks

New technology has given us a lot of comfort. We can easily finish any difficult mathematic tasks in a short time. Information technology introduced easy access and communication system. One of them is to use computer networks in a local area, at the same time in global zone. 

Now, let’s discuss about advantages and disadvantages of using computer networks.  First of all, advantages:

•     The best advantage of networks is to share files. You can use any allowed file from network by sitting in one computer. It saves time, and you are able to update your data in your computer.
• 
• Sharing peripherals. For example, if five people work in one office, they need five printers, five modem for access to the internet, and five scanners. A computer network on the other hand, gives a cheaper alternative method of sharing resources. It’s much cheaper instead of purchasing five printers and modems.
•    Users can communicate with each other and transfer data between workstations very easily.
•   There is a big storage capacity that allows storing a great amount of data. One computer cannot save such huge amount of data.

As it has many beneficial sides of network, we can come across some disadvantages.

•  Major drawback is security issue. Most state organizations suffer from stealing information by hackers. This can lead to a big losing.
•  Another drawback is rapid spreading viruses, especially on the internet. These viruses are very dangerous. They can corrupt the huge data.
• If the main server breaks down, the system is no longer worth to use. So that, main computer should be powerful which requires much more expensive details.
•  Finally, installing a program is time consuming and demands special technician.

Thus, the network system is so complicated, I advise you to be aware of its pros and cons before installing it in your home or office.  

My attitude towads study

   

  

       We determine our exact aim or target, before we start something. Similarly, I have my own goals from being high educated person. Everyone expects great achievements from education. To make a good career requires motivation and high education. Education gives us everything: a good career, standard living, travelling etc. Thus, we are pursuing happiness, the education is the great help on this difficult way. Every time I try to improve all my skills, while learning foreign languages I do my best. Accepting and learning demands you strong patience and frequent revising. The most important thing is that never give up. Keep going forward! Have a positive attitude. It gives a result. Every time, when I  face difficulty, I say myself : “I can do it. I will do it.” This going to be a kind of encouragement and solution of problem. I never look back. But there should be a balance between study and life. After classes, I go to cinema, theater, and meet my friends. Also, I train with sport. This is a healthy life and a kind of avoidance from everyday pressures.

   All in all, I can say no matter in what kind of field you study, you will achieve vast successful incomes for you.

What are some of the benefits and potential dangers of the Internet, particularly to children?

The internet is  easy access and full of knowledge treasure of the world.
It became very popular in social life since it was founded. As a big milestone of humankind it provides great access for people becoming closer, despite the far-off locales.
The internet influences in all sphere of life: education, marketing, social life and the great means of communication as a part of globalisation.
Thus, not only adults are getting used to the internet, but also children. And the internet seriously affect their study, behavior, and logical thinking.
Taking these factors into account, I decided to discuss the internet’s profits and potential dangers, particularly to our off-springs.



Advantages of the in internet:
E-mail: e-mail is wonderful system that helps to use  as an exchanging messages and also important document files. Access to up-to-date news and information, what is happening in the world and what events that are going on locally are important for your children’s development and learning. It gets them involved in the world and the Internet may answer many questions they have




Access information: internet is treasure of useful information and it helps you find data about any educational topic which helps to your childen's study.
One of the greatest benefits your children will see is they can now communicate with their friends in every possible way and interact with them. Technologically, they will be able to “talk” with their peers in every conceivable way whether it is via email, instant messaging via their cell or computer or share pictures and ideas from social network sites such as www.facebook.com. It gives them a feeling of belonging and helps them form who they are. Of course, there can be extremes to these cases and you will, consequently, need to monitor their usage.

Teaching through online: This is one of the most valuable poitive sides of the internet. This option is very useful for disabled(handicappy) children, who can study easily sitting at home and study though online.
There several educational sites and they even give grade teaching facility through internet.


Disadvantages of the internet:
There are several cons in using internet:

Children may encounter information that their parents and teachers don't want them to encounter. Examples include sexually explicit content, hate literature, bomb-building information, confusing religious prosylitization, and misinformation about cults and satanic materials.

Pornography: This is a very serious issue concerning the Internet, especially when it comes to young children. There are thousands of pornographic sites on the Internet that can be easily found and can be a detriment to letting children use the Internet.

Illegal Behaviour
Some young people may get involved in inappropriate, antisocial or illegal behaviour while using digital technologies. Just as in the real world, groups or cliques can form online, and activities that start out as harmless fun, such as voicing an opposing opinion to another member of a chatroom, can quickly escalate to something much more serious.
